Updated on

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

As a Sales Rep, you have the ability to check on orders for your customers through the Big Commerce Admin Portal.

1. Log into the Big Commerce Admin Portal.

2. Enter your credentials and hit the Log In Button.

3. Go to the customer drop-down in the menu and click the carrot.

4. The default setting is View.  This is what you want.

5. Ensure you are on the All Customer View.

6. If necessary, you can use the filter to find the name of the sales rep you will be logging in as.

If you need to filter, simply type in all or part of the name and click on the three vertical lines.

7. Go to the three dots at the end of the line.

8. Select Login from the drop-down menu.

9. The name and email of the user (IPS Sales Rep) are listed.

10. The total number of accounts associated with the Rep is shown in the upper right corner.

11. The related accounts for this rep are shown below.

12. Once you have selected the desired account, click the login button.

13. That customer now shows "Selected".  The remaining customers will still all say Log In.

14. A banner across the top tells you that you are now logged in as that customer.

15. There are many options to Log Out -- perhaps the easiest way is at the top of the screen on the right.

From here, you are acting just as if you are the customer.

16. To see the orders that have been placed for this customer, click on Orders in the navigation panel.

17. Any orders that were placed by the sales rep will be visible under the order tab.

18. If the order isn't present in the list, you can expand the date range.

You can also use the search field, as highlighted in yellow, to narrow your selection to just one company.

19. If you have questions about the order, you can use the Contact Us button in the Navigation Menu.

Be sure to include the order number, etc.

21. The order detail screen loads.

22. Please remember to log out after you are finished with your session.
