Create accounts for multiple users

You will need to build a .csv or spreadsheet to send to the eCommerce team.
1. The CSV needs 4+ columns: Firstname, Lastname, Email, and a column for each customer they need access to buy for.
1.1. If the new customers are internal ATS users, please also include the site locations they need to purchase for.
3. The new users will receive emails with instructions to set their passwords and login.
