The new eCommerce site allows our internal buyers and site personnel to place online orders for their customer locations, as well as expanding our customer base to include non-contract customers.
ATS buyers can masquerade as multiple customer locations
1. Customers can place orders for multiple different product types or begin the process of sending in their own product for repair.
2. For now, the Employee Safety Shoe program is still hosted on the old eCommerce site, which can be accessed by clicking this button on the top menu of any page.
3. Customers can contact support or request repair capability by using the "Contact Us" button on the top menu of any page.
4. Access your account details, settings, order statuses, and more on the "Account" page found in the top right corner.
