1. Log into the Admin portal in eCommerce.
2. From the menu on the left choose Products. Click on the Arrow to the right of the word.
3. This opens the Products menu. Select Price Lists from the drop down.
4. Type part or all of the account name you need in the search box.
5. Click on the Price List Name to view the list.
6. Every product listed in the store with the Catalog Price, Discount and New Price is listed.
In this example, the customer purchased a repair for 00-8test-002 and wants to make sure they got the discount.
7. Enter your part id in the search criteria and click enter or the magnifying glass to search.
8. Click on the plus line to see the differences between the new and repaired pricing.
9. The customer's price on "New" was 111.20, which reflects the 10% discount.
