1. Log into the eCommerce Admin Portal. Go to Customers and click on the arrow next to the title.
2. Type in part of the account name in the text box and click on the three lines next to the field.
3. Results that match the criteria will load.
4. In our case, we want to see the Orders related to Eric Ziegler.
5. The current orders are listed on the left.
6. Past Orders are listed on the right.
7. To see the Order details on a particular order, click on the Order number, these are hyperlinks.
8. The Order Details will populate.
9. Although there are a number of actions available from this menu, it is important to remember that, in most cases, you won't be manually changing the statuses or performing the functions through this menu.
