| As a customer, is there an easy way to check my order status in the ATS Store?

Numbers relate to the screenshots below.

If the customer has registered their account in the ATS Store, it is very easy for them to see the status of all their orders.  Here are the steps to walk them through it.

2. Click the Sign in button in the upper right corner.

3. Enter your email address and password.

4. Click the Sign In button.

5. The opening screen is the order screen.

6. All orders that you placed are listed below, including their total, date that the order was placed, last date the order was updated, and current status.

8. From here, you can see the order breakdown including product price, shipping and tax information.

9. If you want to print the invoice, you could also do that from here.  

You can also see how the order was paid for from this view.

10. Details on the ship-to and bill-to addresses is also provided.

11. As a final step, you can reorder the item by pressing the Reorder button.

The reorder option works well if the customer wants to pick up more COVID supplies or Harvard products.
