| What if I can't see one of my customers in the eCommerce dashboard?

IPS Sales Reps have the capability to log in and "Masquerade" as their customers in order to process orders on their behalf on the eCommerce website.
If you do not see one of the companies that you need to place an order for, the company will need to be set up by the eCommerce administrator in an application called Bundle B2B.
This is a fairly straight forward process to link the company account to the IPS Sales Rep account. Please request access by emailing [email protected].
