| If the product isn't listed on the website, how can I find out if IPS can get it for me?

The easiest way to find out if IPS can source the product for you is to enter a Capability and Sourcing Request for the item on the ATS Website.

Follow the instructions below to enter a request for Sourcing options (either -NEW, -REF, or -SUR)

Go to the ATS eCommerce Store.

Click on the Capability Request in the header.

If this is outside normal business hours, please call the number provided 1-800-328-7287

1. Click on the Part Information.

At a minimum, you must enter the OEM, MFG Part number, Description, Quantity, and select one or more Product Options (New, Refurb/Surplus, and/or Repair).)  Click Next to continue.

2. Complete all the Requestor information and hit Next.

All of the information under the Requestor Section should be completed.  This will allow the CSR team to tie the request to an account if one already exists, or to create a new account if necessary.

3. None of the information in the third "Additional Information" field is required.  However, it will provide the IPS Team more context on the criticality of the order.  

4. Upon completion of the form, click the Submit button.  This sends the form to the CSR Team.  They will follow up if there is missing info or questions.

5. A confirmation message tells you that the form has processed successfully.
