What do I do if I find that the Product requested on the C&S request is already in the system?

When processing a Capability and Sourcing Request, if you find that there is already an existing product created for the item that the customer is requesting, simply follow these steps.

1. Go to the dashboard and get the C&S request.

2. Move the Status to Data verification in progress.

3. Enter the account number on the C&S request.

4. Select the existing product id.

5. Move the Status to Quote.

If the job has been entered by an SSR, it will have a job already entered in eRepairPro.

6. Click the Quick Quote Button.

7. Ensure the account, product, and Capability Request number are all contained on the quote.

8. Record the quote number on in the Quote # field when the quote is sent.

Salesforce will update the C&S form status to Quoted.  This finishes out the form.
