1.1 Getting Started with Quoting in Salesforce

1. Log into Salesforce:  https://advancedtech.lightning.force.com

b. Enter your ATS login credential starting with your email address for ATS.

c.  If you are not automatically directed to the ATS single sign-on (SSO), click on the “Use Custom Domain” under the login fields and type in “advancedtech” to be directed to the SSO.

d.  if you receive an error message like the one shown in the screen shot below, you may not have a login to Salesforce CPQ.  Please contact your manager.

2. Upon logging in, you will be directed to your ‘Home Page’. Your home page can be customized to help keep you organized. Scrolling down on the left side, you will see ‘Today’s Events’, ‘Today’s Tasks’ and ‘Recent Records’ to help you prioritize work and quickly jump back into where you left off.

3. Click on the ‘Accounts’ arrow and go the ‘All Accounts’ list view.

On the right is ‘activity’ for the account, so you can get the full history of what has happened and what is coming up for this account. Activity is from all users doing things on that specific account, so Sally can see what tasks Mark has done to help with the complete picture for an account.
