2.5 How do I override Price on a Quote in Salesforce CPQ?

This screenshot below shows a repair quote where customer receives 20% off all electrical repairs.

When you are in the raw quote, you can use a few different options to override customer’s price.

1. Use the “Additional Disc. (%)” option.

2. Enter the percent you want taken off.

2.1. This will take the percent off the Net Unit Price of each line after you click “Save.”

3. Another way to override customer price is to use the “Additional Discount” field at the line level. This would allow you to update price PER LINE.
