Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
Sometimes the Ship-To address needs to be updated on a Quote that has already been created. Her is a document on how that is accomplished.
1. Go to the "Quote Details" Screen.
2. Scroll down to the "Address information"
3. Click the pencil on the "Ship to Account". This will bring you into edit mode to change the address.
4. Choose a different Ship-To Account and save.
The shipping address will change to the new address.
5. If the new shipping address does not already exist in Salesforce, you can do two things:
5.1. If this is just a one-time shipping address where you don’t think we need to add the address into Salesforce, such as if customer wants us to ship to their house direct, manually add customer name and address under “Address Information: in Quote detail screen.
5.2. If this is an address you think we should add in Salesforce, such as a plant address, you will need to choose "Add New" under the "Ship To Account" field.
