1.8 | Who to contact if something isn't set up right?

The first place to go for help troubleshooting an order is eCommerce Support.  Simply email the team with your request / issue / question and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

This includes things like:

Tax exemption

Pay by PO

Ship on Customer's Account

Add a company to your list of options for masquerading

You can also contact the CSR Team or eCommerce Support if you did not get the second cart to checkout on a zero-dollar repair, or just have questions around adding to or canceling your order.
