Unfortunately, the payment process cannot be changed after the order has been placed at this time.
If the payment method must be changed, for instance from a credit card to a purchase order, the best course of action may be to cancel the order and re-enter an identical order.
Prior to canceling the order, make sure that the customer has filled out the proper paperwork and is set up with payment terms if they would like to pay by purchase order.
If the customer would like to pay by credit card, it may be easier to manually charge the credit card following the same procedure for non eCommerce orders.
