In this article, we will cover the shipping options that you might see when shopping on the ATS Store. The options that are available to you are dependent upon two things: The Account setup and the Product set up in Salesforce.
Flat Fee
If there is NOT a weight entered on the product record in Salesforce, a flat fee of $26.95 will be charged.
Alert: This $26.95 fee reflates to UPS ground service. It doesn't matter if the customer is buying one item or 10, that will be the charge if there are no products with weights entered.
Multiple Shipping Options
If there is a specific weight entered in the Product record in Salesforce, you will see a number of options related to specific delivery options.
Ship on My Account
Ship on My Account allows us to charge the shipping charges to the customer's account for the Logistics provider that they have designated. This must be set up in advance on the account in both Big Commerce and Salesforce.
- When the customer chooses the Ship on Company Account option, their Account number will populate in the field just below.
- Additionally, if any special shipping concerns are needed, they should be added to the Order Comments field.
