During the checkout process, the customer will be presented with several choices under the Shipping section.
- If the customer would like to Ship the item on their Company Account, they should choose the "Ship on Company Account" option. Additionally, they can place their account number in the Order Comments section. This is not a required field, but will save having to reach out to the customer when the item is being shipped if their information is not on file.
There is no charge for shipping on a company account, their UPS or FedEx account will be charged directly.
Ultimately, if the customer is approved to be able to ship on their own account, their UPS Account number will be added to their account in Big Commerce so it will default in to their orders going forward.
